Simple Pasta
This week has been hard for me,that 2 of my boys got sick. Younnes catch a bug that make him really terrible that he hasn't have any appetite, just want me to be on his side all the time. And with Malek, he's teething and with an on and off fever.I never have time to cook nor to do my other chores. So throughout the weekend, just manage to make a quick and easy dish that doesn't require me to spend the extra time in the kitchen.Breakfast time is just sandwich, toast with jam, cereals or porridge (Am Beh). Most of the time I prepare, is for dinner meals. This simple pasta dish is an instant supper bursting with Italian flavour.
